Fijian golfer Sam Lee will make his professional debut at the New Zealand PGA Championship in Auckland on Thursday.
The 24-year old, who played in last year's inaugural Fiji International as an amateur, turned pro after earning status on the PGA Tour of Australasia at Qualifying School in January.
Lee says he is really excited and pumped but also a little nervous.
He says he has no specific goals or score-targets for the week -he just plans to play his own game and see where he ends up.
Also in the field for the NZ PGA is fellow Fijian Vikrant Chandra who pre-qualified for the event.
