The Fiji Times reports the discovery was made at a container yard when custom officers were clearing the consignment.

The CEO of the Authority, Jitoko Tikolevu, says officers felt suspicious of the container's content while they were inspecting it.

Mr Tikolevu says air filters, smoke pipes, cartons of screws and power controllers were also found inside the machine.

He says he is concerned about the level of smuggling undeclared goods into Fiji.

The containers have been sealed for further investigations.
