Pacific Oceania defeated Jordan in a top-of-the-table clash in Pool A to advance to the semi finals in Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Zone Group IV.

Vanuatu's Cyril Jacobe came from a set down to win the opening singles rubber in Bahrain before Seif Adas levelled proceedings with a three set victory against Tahiti's Heve Kelley, who suffered his first Davis Cup defeat.

The deciding doubles rubber saw Brett Baudinet from the Cook Islands and Guam's Daniel Llarenas continued their fine form with a straight sets victory to seal top spot in Group A and a semi final meeting against either Singapore or the United Arab Emirates.

The two finalists will earn promotion to Asia/Oceania Group Three in 2016.
