Sport: PNG Hunters win four straight

The Papua New Guinea Hunters have made it four wins on the trot, with a commanding 34-16 triumph over Norths Devils at Bishop Park.

Brandy Peter opened the scoring after five minutes.

The Hunters led 28-6 at the interval and conceded two quick tries before Bland Abavu touched down with four minutes to go.

The Hunters remain in fifth place in the Queensland Cup standings, with seven wins from ten matches, just behind the Mackay Cutters on points differential.

They will play the top of the table Townsville Blackhawks next weekend.
