Chiefs prop Ben Tameifuna's international future is again up in the air following reports he has signed with French rugby giants Racing Metro.
The Paris club already have Tameifuna's uncle, 'Ikale Tahi prop, Sona Taumalolo, and Samoa-born former All Black Casey Laulala on their books.
The 23 year-old has been named to start in the Chiefs front row for their last regular season Super Rugby game against Hurricanes tomorrow night.
Tameifuna turned down a call-up to the Tongan national team at the end of last year, citing a desire to try and make the All Blacks.
A move to Europe would make him ineligible for New Zealand and would free him up to represent Tonga, and possibly at the upcoming Rugby World Cup.
