Traditional landowners have threatened to shut down the Papua New Guinea town and port of Rabaul in seven days.
PNG Loop reports that scores of people from surrounding villages marched through the town on Tuesday, and handed a letter of demands to the port's owners.
It says members of the ToValingan ToBobe Ra Tagul ILF handed over a 'Kilang', which would effectively shut down Rabaul town next week.
The ILG has claimed ownership of the town and wants to discuss its issues with authorities.
