Fiji's opposition leader has been criticised by the government for not being clear on her purpose for touring the country's north.
Ro Teimumu Kepa was in Vanua Levu and Taveuni last week, and the Fiji Sun reports it was not clear whether the trip was sponsored by the opposition office or her own party.
The opposition office should pay for any official visits sanctioned by Parliament.
The Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum, says Parliament did not sanction the trip, and Ro Teimumu should have asked questions in the House if she wanted answers about the Government's development of the north.
Although the Sodelpa office could not confirm if it was a party-related visit, the Fiji Sun reported Sodelpa party officials in the north were not aware of the visit.
The office of the opposition is yet to confirm if it paid for the trip.
