9:28 am on 30 January 2016

Fiji have slumped to another heavy defeat at the Under 19 Cricket World Cup in Bangladesh.

Batting first against Zimbabwe, Fiji added 32 runs for the first wicket, with both openers reaching double figures before Tadulala Veitacini was caught behind.

That proved to be their biggest partnership of the innings, although Cakacaka Tikoisuva added 19 runs down the order before the Fijians were dismissed for 81 runs in the 28th over.

Josaia Baleicikoibia offered faint hope with a breakthrough wicket in the third over but Zimbabwe comfortably chased down their target with a whopping seven wickets and 187 balls to spare.

Fiji's final World Cup group match is against the West Indies tomorrow.
