A Vanuatu MP for the Tanna constituency, Andrew Napuat, has defeated a third electoral petition against him.
The latest, from a candidate for the Iauko Group, Xavier Harry, called for a recount with the results released this week.
It shows that Mr Napuat, who is a member of the Graon mo Jastis Party, secured the last seat in the seven member Tanna constituency, by ten votes.
