The Papua New Guinea football coach gives his team every opportunity to upset New Zealand in this evening's OFC Nations Cup final in Port Moresby.
PNG are in their first final for 43 years but can expect vocal support from the hometown crowd.
New Zealand enter the finale having won all their games but only managed to defeat the likes of Solomon Islands and New Caledonia 1-nil.
Flemming Seritslev said the results show that PNG can compete.
"Teams reaching the finals, they are good team, so it will be unpredictable to say which team, from the beginning of this competition, was the big favourite to win but I think that Solomon showed they could play equal with them [NZ], and we saw New Caledonia play equal with them [NZ]."
