A passenger on board an Hawaiian Air flight from Pago Pago to Honolulu was this week taken into custody on landing.

Police officials at Honolulu Airport arrested American Samoan Togia Aumeaualogo.

An FBI supervisory agent in charge in Honolulu, Matthew McDonald, said Aumeaualogo was accused of interfering with the flight crew, a crime carrying a potential penalty of 20 years jail.

The man had become belligerent on the flight, biting a flight attendant, and threatening the flight crew.
