Fiji's health minister says a lack of ambulances across the country is of real concern.

Jone Usamate said that currently, the country's only ambulances are responsible for transferring people from one health facility to another.

He told the FBC that his ministry was trying to enhance the country's ambulance services, and identify ways to get more vehicles.
