All clear issued for CNMI storm

The National Weather Service in Guam says a tropical depression that passed by the region is now moving away from the Northern Marianas island group, and an all clear has now been issued.

Our correspondent, Mark Rabago, said tropical depression 14W is moving at 40 kilometres an hour away from the Marianas group.

Its maximum sustained winds remain at 48 kilometres an hour and little change in intensity is expected today.
