The Fiji Roads Authority is taking its dispute with a global engineering firm to the High Court.

Just over a week ago, MWH terminated its contract with the authority following the unexplained deportation of two of its workers a week earlier.

The company has been in a payment dispute with the roads authority since March.

The news website Fiji Village reports the roads authority filed an application with the High Court regarding MWH's decision to withdraw from Fiji.
