A heavy rain warning remains in place for the whole of Fiji.
An active trough of low pressure with cloud and rain is slowly moving over Fiji and heavy rain and squally thunderstorms are predicted over Viti Levu as well as smaller islands Kadavu, Yasawa and Mamanuca groups.
Localised heavy rains may lead to flash floods in those areas, and residents particularly in flood-prone areas are being warned.
