The Samoa rugby team are looking to recover from their 52-8 defeat to an impressive France team as they prepare for a physical challenge from Georgia.

The Georgians had their own issues last week, suffering a 28-22 loss to Japan defeat in Tbilisi.

Namulauulu Alama Ieremia still expects Georgia to be a difficult assignment.

He said his team is focusing on preparing to put together a full 80 min performance after falling away against the french.

"We want to have a good look at what is a significant difference between in first half and the second half and obviously selection we'll look after that," Namulauulu said.

"Mainly, we really have to look at our game as well, where we still turn too much ball over. So we will have a look at that and then we will move on.

"The boys are obviously very disappointed at the moment but we will make sure as a coaching group that we get our focus on recovery and regroup very quickly because obviously another strong team in Georgia."

In June, the Manu hosted Georgia in Apia in an historic encounter which ended in a 19-all draw.

It was the first time Georgia had played in Samoa.
