Papua New Guinea's capital Port Moresby has entered a sixth day without normal water supply services running.
On Monday, PNG's state water utility in the capital, Eda Ranu, said it was working overtime to restore the water supply after a leakage in its water main trunk last Saturday.
However for many residents and businesses, water services are on low output or yet to be restored at all.
Also, the city's normal business has been further disrupted by a general bus strike because of the death of a bus driver earlier this week.
The driver was allegedly beaten by police officers in Boroko and later died in Port Moresby General Hospital.
