The Pacific Channel (Samoa) in Vaitogi now belongs to the American Samoa Adventist Media Inc and has been renamed the Hope Channel.

The owner of Pacific Channel Bill Hyman said the sale will help him recover from a severe financial situation resulting from a locally produced movie a few years ago.

The managing director for the American Samoa Adventist Media Tipalelupe Tapuai said its mission is to use the Hope Channel to deliver the gospel to every home in the territory.
