Three men have appeared in court in Fiji charged with one count of possession of arms and ammunition without a licence.
They are a Lautoka businessman Aiyaz Mohammed Mussa Umarji as well as Nashad Ali and Vijay Singh.
The Fiji Times says the High Court in Lautoka agreed for their charges to be consolidated and for the case to be adjourned until 20th March.
On 1st January, about 180 cartridges for M16 refiles had been discovered on a yacht at a marina near Lautoka.
The opposition Sodelpa warned the find could be linked to a terrorist network planning an attack in the country or elsewhere in the region.
