American Samoa's Attorney General Talauega Eleasalo Ale has been confirmed after near unanimous endorsement by the Fono.

He's the first director in Governor Lolo Moliga's second administration to be confirmed by the legislature.
The Senate vote was unanimous 16-0 while in the House Talauega was confirmed by a vote of 15 to two.
Talauega went before the House legal Affairs Committee earlier this week and was later questioned in a two hour hearing before the Senate Rules Committee.
Talauega first became Attorney General in January 2014.
