Samoa's fourth female judge appointed

Samoa's judiciary council has appointed the fourth woman to become a judge in the country.

The council, chaired by the chief justice, has appointed senior lawyer Alalatoa Rosella Viane Papalii as a new judge for the district court.

She will start her new job on the 31 March.
