Gold Mantis Construction Decoration said 91 of its workers, who came to Saipan under parole visa, received their wages and placement fees after the company wired the funds to their family back home.

Gold Mantis promised the workers that their unpaid wages, along with a reimbursement of their placement fees, minus local taxes, would be deposited in their Chinese bank accounts.

This reportedly happened last night and workers were flown to China early this morning.

Each worker was also expected to receive $US1,600 upon departure, as promised by Gold Mantis.
