Several roads in the Central and Western Divisions are inundated and people have been advised to avoid refrain from walking or driving through the floodwaters.

The disaster official said it was advisable for family emergency kits to be ready at all times, including clean drinking water, enough canned or dried food for three days, a battery powered radio, a torch with spare batteries, medicine, and other essentials.
