The US Department of Treasury has filed another tax notice against Hong Kong Entertainment Investments Ltd alleging it owes $13,128 in withholding tax for the period ending November 2013.

On Wednesday the firm was also ordered to pay a penalty of $191,400 to the federal government for repeated violations of the overtime provision of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The casino had its licence cancelled in May last year after failing to comply with audit requirements.
