Fiji government MP Balmindar Singh has been arrested after failing to appear in court yesterday.
According to FBC News, Mr Singh was arrested by FICAC officials who had a bench warrant issued against him.
Mr Singh, who is an MP of the ruling FijiFirst Party, was a complainant in a case where a man was charged for one count of official bribery.
Earlier this month Mr Singh was charged with dangerous driving and failure to supply sufficient breath analysis after his car went off the road in Nadera.
He was freed on bail and is due to re-appear in court on the 25th of next month.
