The Fijian Drua will kick-off their sophomore season in the Australian National Rugby Championship on new turf.

The Drua finished third in their inaugural campaign before being outclassed 57-21 by eventual winners Queensland Country in the semi finals.

The Fijian side host the Melbourne Rising at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori in their first round match at the start of September.

The Drua hosted matches in Suva, Sigatoka and Lautoka last season but will split their four home games in 2018 between Nausori and Lautoka's Churchill Park this season.

Meanwhile the Western Force have replaced Perth Spirit in Western Australia, following their removal from the Super Rugby competition, while the competition shrinks to eight teams following the removal of the Greater Sydney Rams.
