Mr Narube made this statement as the Fiji Elections Office is set to stop voter registration once the election writs are issued.

He said it is the people's civic duty to vote and he has appealed to young people in particular to register.

Mr Narube said their future will be determined by what is happening in the country now and the type of leader they choose in the election.

The former governor of the Reserve Bank and permanent secretary for finance says there is still a large number of undecided voters.
