This comes just days after he was given a suspended prison sentence for home invasion because he had refused a family court order to vacate the couple's home at Erima.

Now Tonita Mao has lodged a police complaint for theft after trucks were seen outside the home and funiture was taken away.

Gaston Flosse had also been ordered to stay away from her domicile.

The order became effective immediately and cannot be invalidated even though he lodged an appeal.
