The Fiji Times said police were investigating after a volunteer reported writing on walls outside the party's headquarters.
There are also reports of an attempted break in at the office.
A senior police officer told the newspaper an investigation was still underway into the earlier defacing of a FijiFirst campaign billboard.
No arrests have been made.
