Media reports said he is being detained with his son Reginald who are both suspected of having rearranged the management papers for the house.

The house was sold in 2010 but Flosse has been unable to get the money because the public treasury blocked it.

Flosse owed money to the state following a conviction for running a scam with phantom jobs.

He has also insisted that he had ceased to be a co-owner of the house.

Reports said investigators suspected that he and his son altered the management documents to mask the ownership.
