Two MPs join Vanuatu's Vanuaaku Pati

Two MPs have joined Vanuatu's ruling Vanuaaku Pati, giving it 13 seats in the 52 seat parliament.

The Daily Post newspaper reported Luganville MP Mark Ati and Port Vila MP Kalo Seule presented pati president Bob Loughman with custom mats in a joining ceremony last week.

Mr Loughman said he was pleased to accept the two young MPs, who will lead the party in the future.
