A union leader in Fiji says a workers' march on Saturday has demonstrated that all is not well with workers in the country.
The National Secretary of the Fiji Trades Union Congress Felix Anthony says about 2000 people marched in Suva and more would have turned out if they hadn't been so intimidated by the government.
The Fiji media put the turnout at between four and 500.
The Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said it was a way of reviving the leaders' political careers.
Felix Anthony spoke to Sally Round.
