Norfolk in crisis under Canberra rule - economist

A new report says Norfolk Island's economy is in a state of crisis and many businesses have gone under since its governance changed in 2016.

Australia abolished the island's self-rule in July last year, and its now controlled by a regional council under the auspices of New South Wales.

The report's author, economist and Norfolk resident Chris Nobbs, told Jamie Tahana just how grim the situatiion is for many on the island.
