New Zealand's foreign aid programme has been named the most high quality aid programme by an American think tank.
The Center for Global Development in its Commitment to Development Index ranked New Zealand first in the world for the quality of its aid.
Terence Wood from the New Zealand Aid and Development Dialogues told Don Wiseman about the assessment done by the think tank.
