Pasifika careers limited by racism in NZ

A researcher says the careers of Samoan people in New Zealand are being limited by racism and cultural misunderstanding.

Betty Ofe-Grant's PhD research has focused on the career barriers and challenges for Pasifika people reaching senior positions.

Catherine Ryan spoke to Ms Ofe-Grant who says she had to use a research method that could get the most out of her participants.
