Hon. Kessai Note

A member of President Amata Kabua's cabinet on independence, Kessai Note became the Republic's third president in 2000. The first non-chiefly Marshall Islander to achieve that position, he remained in office until 2008. Ian Johnstone interviewed him in 2011.
