She now has four retails shops and is doing Stand up Comedy.

An avid cyclist, Simon wanted a custom made bike from the United States, but was told he would have to go on the waiting list, and it could be about four year wait. So he took night classes in welding, got advice on bike building and built a bike himself in his spare time.
