3:40 Fiesta of Lights - Te Rangi Huata
Dolphins leap into the air, Kiwi surf the waves in unison with holiday music .. and it's all done with dancing fairy lights. The 14th annual Fiesta of Lights celebrates Christmas at the seaside at the Hawkes Bay A& P Showgrounds in Hastings with more than 500-thousand lights, and  40 animated light sculptures made by local artists. The lights are turned on every night at 9pm through January 5th. Te Rangi Huata is man behind the bright idea for the Fiesta of Lights.
