2:10 Otago's African Chief - Tony Binns - Otago University isn't the first place that springs to mind if you are looking to find an African Chief.. but hidden away in the hallowed halls of the Geography department is Chief Manjawah of Sandor - otherwise known as Professor Tony Binns. Professor Binns, who is a Geography Professor at Otago Univesrity, was given the honorary chieftainship in the town of Kayima - in the Northwest of Sierra Leone. After a forty-year relationship with the country, Professor Binns travelled back to the town last month where a three-day ceremony took place.

Peter Clark - A chapter of aviation history closed this weekend as the last passenger flight aboard a DC Ten took off from Dhaka in Bangladesh en route Birmingham in the UK. The scenic flight took enthusaists of this once common aircraft for a final journey in the sky before the aircraft travels to the United States to be preserved in an aviation museum.The DC Ten was a common sight in the air back in the seventies and eighties.. and was instantly recognisable with its heavy tail and three engines.
