Not so for retired Auckland couple Del and Cindy Henley. The seventy-three year olds are one month into a cycling trip that will take them from Adelaide to Brisbane.. cycling thousands of kilometres up the Australian East Coast.The pair has proven form - having already conquered the Nullabor Plains in a cycle tour that took them forty-three days from Adelaide to Perth.

3:10  Gutter Black: A Memoir.' - Graham Brazier: Founding member of pioneering New Zealand rock band Hello Sailor, Graham Brazier talks to Simon Mercep  about 'Gutter Black: A memoir.'
It's the book written by his friend and fellow 'sailor',  Dave McArtney just before he died last year. It chronicles the stories that have become part of music mythology in New Zealand... the fame.. the drugs ... the siege on the US market and the eventual return of the 70's rockers.
