The plane's wreckage and black box still haven't been located, but the first book has already been released about missing Malaysian Airliner MH370. "Flight MH370: The Mystery" by British author Nigel Cawthorne offers a new theory as to what might have happened to the doomed flight....which disappeared on March 8th with 239 passengers and crew on board, including two New Zealanders.
