1.15 Trump, Climate Change and Paris

Donald Trump has confirmed he will withdraw the US from the Paris climate change agreement. Saying the agreement disadvantaged the United States, and that he hoped to seek "a better deal". University of Canterbury political scientist, Associate Professor Bronwyn Hayward, is a lead author on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Special Report. She's packing to leave for the meetings in the UK, about how to achieve the objectives agreed in Paris, and limit the world's global warming increase to 1.5 degrees Celsius.

The National Cat Show is back in Christchurch this weekend for the first time since the quakes. It's being run by the New Zealand Cat Fancy Inc and the Canterbury All Breeds Cat Club. Dorothy Horton is from the club.

Auckland artist, Paris Kirby, is holding free life drawing classes, as part of Auckland Art Gallery's The Body Laid Bare programme. She's with us to talk us through how to draw the nude.

It was Jackson's fifth studio solo album and the first recorded after he broke away from Motown Records..  Although it was a dramatic departure from earlier albums, it went on to sell 20 million copies and Michael be came the first solo act in history to have four top 10 hits from the same album.
