Feature album - The Dream of the Blue Turtles

From Jesse Mulligan, 1–4pm, 2:46 pm on 26 November 2014

The British singer/songwriter Sting is joining the cast of his deeply personal Broadway musical in the hope of saving the show from sinking. Sting, who is 63 years old, will appear on-stage in December and January as the cynical foreman of a struggling shipyard in his northeast England hometown of Wallsend. Our feature album this afternoon remembers more 'bouyant' times for Sting. The Dream of the Blue Turtles was his first solo album, released in the USA on the first of June 1985, a year after The Police had unofficially disbanded.
