When it comes to brain blood flow, what is normal? Shieak Tzeng and his team are finding that different people can have widely varying results when the two systems that regulate blood flow to the brain are examined. This has major implications for clinical treatment of diseases like stroke, and Ruth Beran goes to the University of Otago Wellington's School of Medicine to watch as a healthy participant is tested with a regime that includes intravenous drugs.
