Feature Album - Empty Glass

From Jesse Mulligan, 1–4pm, 2:45 pm on 8 May 2015

Our feature album today is inspired by today's lead music story on rollingstone.com on the eve of Pete Townshend's 70th birthday, during the Who's 50th Anniversary Tour. Empty Glass was the first major Pete Townshend solo album, and his most successful - It came out in 1980, written at a time when the Who master musician was dealing with a plethora of personal issues, and the death of close friends, like drummer Keith Moon.
