We know from research that kids who are hungry, not getting enough or the right type of food are stressed, and living in families under pressure, don't do as well at school.

The question is, is food in schools the best way or even a good way to address this imbalance?

Dr Jess Bertentson-Shaw looks at the evidence to see if food in schools does make a difference to how well students do in countries like New Zealand.
