Great Movie Soundtrack: I am Sam

This soundtrack to the 2001 film I am Sam, was released in eary 2002. All the songs are Beatles covers. The film-makers had planned to use original Beatles recordings, but could not obtain the rights, so commissioned several successful music groups to record covers instead, including Ben Harper, Sarah McLachlan, Sheryl Crow and Rufus Wainwright.
