Creating a bike network

From Afternoons, 1:27 pm on 4 October 2017

Last week we talked to you about Biketober - today we're looking at how communities can be designed to support cycling, improve transport and the health of those communities.

A talk was held last night focussing on the Canadian city of Edmonton - a similar size to Auckland, its creating a network of cycleways, all in one go, virtually overnight.

Tyler Golly lead that project and he's here in New Zealand sharing what they learned and how it can be applied to our traffic-choked city.
