Low level lead linked to early deaths

New research from the US shows that over a quarter of a million early deaths are linked to low level lead exposure. The study, just published in the Lancet, shows that lead levels in the population over 44 years old can be linked to heart diseases which have claimed lives.

Otago University Public Health Professor Nick Wilson talks to Jesse about the levels causing heart disease and what the risks are here for our over 44 year old age group.
