Taking the bold step with us today is someone whose multi-tasking abilities are probably comparable to an astronaut's. He's a community leader who spent some time as a back room boy in the alliance party before making his mark in the cut and thrust of local body politics. A keen conservationist who holds a masters degree in biological sciences he has, since 2004, been the chair of our largest regional authority, an authority that faces great change in this local body election year.
